Returns & Exchanges

At anna & pom we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it.
If something isn’t quite right, returning your order is simple.

Returns

  • Full-price items: Return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Sale items: Return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different piece, please return your item and place a new order.

How to Return

  1. Send an email to info@annaandpom.com with the following information:
    -Your full name
    -Order number
    -Item(s) you wish to return
    -Reason for the return
  2. After registering, you’ll receive a shipping label and clear instructions for sending your item back.
  3. Once we’ve received and carefully inspected your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days after approval.

Each anna & pom piece is crafted with care and intention. We kindly ask that returns are made thoughtfully, so every piece can continue to be loved and worn.
